So I eventually was able to install this on my jeep. It took a few trips to the hardware store. Yes it came with all the mounting plates and hardware, but only one nut was the right size. Out of the two nuts that are needed for the shock itself one worked. The smaller U bolts didn’t have any nuts that fit. I did get it mounted and the product works great. I just wish I didn’t have to make two trips to the hardware store for nuts and bolts.

The product in the box did NOT match the product in the picture on Amazon's site. It did not fit my vehicle. I had to return two of them before finally going to a local parts store. The second one that Amazon sent me had obviously used and abused.

This item will not fit the 1997 F150 because the front end is independent not a solid axle
