I have a 24 foot cargo trailer that I load with tortillas for delivery. This jack lifts it with no issues. Great jack so far no issues. Ya it's a little slow but it's WAY better than hand cranking the trailer.

This jack here is a good deal for the price and lifting power especially compared to your local store. Could be a bit faster for my likings but all in all this is a great electric trailer jack.

This trailer hit is easy to install. It works well but is noisy. The flaws are the hand crank you cant use a drill to bring it up or down which would be helpful. Also, we cant put our tail gate down when hooked to the travel trailer it hits the jack which is inconvenient. Only time will tell if this one will last as long as the last one. Overall, we are happy with the jack and even with its flaws would buy again.

THIS COMPANY SENT THE WRONG TRAILER JACK. I WANTED THE 7500 LB THAT I PAID 229.00 $ FOR BUT THEY SENT THE 5000LB THAT IS 159.00. I CAN NOT GET A GOOD ANSWER FROM THEM. THE KYX Electric Trailer Jack to 7500LB, Power Tongue Jack,9.84"-33.85" IS REALLY NICE BUT IS NOT THE RIGHT ONE. IT'S TO BAD THAT I CAN'T GET ANY SATISFACTION FROM KYX, THEY JUST LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER. IF I COULD GET THE 7500LB I WOULD REORDER BUT I DON'T WANT TO GO THRU THIS AGAIN. THIS MIGHT BE THE RIGHT ONE BUT THERE ARE NO MARKING ON THE JACK AND THE ONLY WAY I KNEW WHAT IT WAS IS THE OWNERS MANUAL THAT SAY ITS 5000LBS... (SO SAD) MR. DOUGLAS
