Good accuracy and repeatability. Easy calibration. One feature I never thought of having is the counting mode. Place 10, 20, 50, or 100 items that need to be counted in a container on the scale that has been tared, press the count mode, and when the number matching the number in the container shows up, press the button again. With 20 items in the container and 20 showing on the screen, you're set. Take one item at a time out and the scale will reflect the correct number on the screen. Counting nuts, bolts, washers, beads, buttons (so long as they are identical), beans, nails, whatever. Makes counting bulk items into smaller containers a breeze.

I've been using this scale for about a week now, and absolutely love it! It was easy to get set-up and calibrated. I really appreciated that the calibration weight came with this scale. So far it seems very accurate and that it will last me for a very long time. Up until now, I've been using cheaper, battery operating ones, and while this is quite a bit bulkier, it's worth it to know that my measurements are way more accurate!

I received the scale and was surprised at how well it was packed. Once opened, the scale itself was just as described. I haven't worked with it yet for my job, but I did play with it to check it out. It worked wonderful and I'm very pleased with this product.

I have had all manner of scales for years, analog!! and of course various digital scales but the accuracy of those came to the fore when we started making our own pizza dough and a recipe no longer called for a tsp or 2 but 2.4g! I tried a couple of other cheaper scales with the 2 separate sections where 1 weighs heavier weights and the other weighs the small quantity but the quality just wasn't there in the units I bought. So I decided to try this scale. I really like that it has very bright, large and visible numbers. I particularly love that I can put on a bowl and set the scale to zero and then add a kilo of flour and then 2.4g of yeast and measure that with really solid accuracy and the change in weight is consistent and doesn't jump. I have 2 small complaints so far and that is the ugly massive logo on the side of the unit AND that I have to buy a special battery in order to use the unit without having it plugged in. Not big enough to drop a star but I'm probably at a 4.6 - 4.7 vs a full on 5. I have a battery on order for the unit and look forward to trying it with a little more mobility. Battery according to the website is "7.4V 2P lithium battery with XH2.54 2P Plug-in".

Had to buy something that would measure 0.001 lbs accurately due to a custom cream mix request from a long time customer. The 500gm weight that comes with it makes calibration and testing easy. I like that it can go easily from Lbs, Oz, Gms ... I'll never use the Ct setting though. I have another small scale that reads 0.01 Gms but has a very limited maximum weight. This one allowed me to weigh the whole mix without a problem.

I’ve been using this scale with the wall wart for a few months, and it seems good enough for my purposes (weighing coffee beans). I wanted to start using it with batteries in situations where I have no/limited power availability, so I opened up the battery cavity to find a wire and no battery connection. It also says to contact the manufacturer to find out what battery to install and how to do so? Who thought this was a good idea?

I am looking forward to using this high precision, delicate, electronic instrument, and I shall update my review later.Not a good start, however. The person shipping the device put the UPS shipping labels on the BOTTOM of the box, so it arrived delivered UPSIDE-DOWN. Hopefully the next person will have more experience and common sense with expensive electronic devices.
