This label holder gets the job done without any drama. I’ve used it with both roll and fan-fold labels, and it keeps everything in place nicely. It’s sturdy, super easy to set up, and just works. This accepts not only the box fan fold labels but also the rolls which I prefer. I use different types of printer labels and this makes changing much easier.

It comes with some basic instructions and it really is as easy as fitting the pieces into the correct slots and being done with it, however the pieces do not snap together easily. Its like the holes are not quite big enough or the inserts are slightly too thick. But, I gave it some force and whacked the pieces with my palm a few times and then finally could get each part in its place. There are four pieces to fit in, and two of them were easy but two were difficult. Once it was together though it seems fine and it should work just fine for the purpose of holding thermal paper.

Love the product but I never received the bit that holds the rolls of labels up the top? So I can’t use the rolls of labels..and now this product is out of stock :( and I just bought rolls 250 labels :(

I was disappointed because the item is great and works well the stack of labels. However I was missing the part that holds the rolls and I had bought it for the purpose of using rolls of labels. This was a preference. They kindly gave me a refund and did not request the item back. (I called to make sure) So even though I have adapted and use different labels now it is still upsetting because it was sapose to be a 2 in 1 holder, and is not due to missing a piece.
