The app it tells you to connect to did not work. We played around with different apps and the one picture is the one that worked. Found it on accident. Other than that, it works great. Cute printer. Hope this helps if you're having a hard time connecting.

This is a cute little label maker -- so convenient and portable. I love the idea, but the execution was off for me. You have to download an app to use it. The free version of the app doesn't give a lot of options for printing and I found it hard to use. I would rather hand write labels than go to all the trouble of using the app.

It came with seven rolls of label tape, which should last me a long time. It’s smaller than my phone charger and has a nice matte finish that doesn’t slip around. It uses thermal printing, so there’s no ink to replace, just like those receipt printers at the store. Setting it up was easy too.
