The KAI 5045bl blade is a 45mm rotary cutter blade that is compatible with any 45mm rotary cutter, including those from our KAI rotary cutter collection: the 5045 Rotary Cutter and the RS-45 Rotary Cutter.
There is one blade per package, and each blade is made of tungsten steel for added strength and durability.

All my quilt group uses my cutter cause its so sharp and you dont have to chew thru your fabric. The price is high but you will sure appreciate the quality. Good to carry in your purse so its always handy.

I bought these because I love my Kai scissors. I even bought some directly from Kai to see if there was a difference. I am not impressed. I had to change the brand new blade in both my 45 and 60 mm cutter right away. That was a waste. Then the new blades would skip. I think it is time to find a better blade. Also at $10 a blade that is a little steep if you sew a lot.

Out of the package, this is the sharpest blade I've ever used in over 40 years of sewing. I cut garment patterns out of a variety of fabrics, and so far never a skip. Tried these blades because I'm in love with my KAI serrated pro shears, and these blades don't disappoint. These fit all my 45mm rotary cutters: Ditto, Creative Grids, and Olfa. Purchasing more!
