I got this to help motivate me to work on good habits and keep me accountable. I love having lots of spaces to write my goals. I have multicolor pens to make it look pretty and it makes me wanna color them in every day/week so it’s been very helpful!

I got this to help motivate me to work on good habits and goals instead of wasting time online or snacking. I am getting so much more done each week because whenever I have a free minute, I check my habit tracker. I use my set of Mr. Pen colored pens and it looks better when I complete all my daily goals than when I leave something blank! I love having lots of spaces to write daily, weekly, and monthly goals so I can have a variety of easy, medium, and harder goals to work on. The inspirational sayings aren't that helpful because the hanging wire is in the middle of the spiral; if you hang it, you can't see the inspirational part (see photo). If you wanted to see that part, you would need to get a one-hole punch and put a hole in each page, like a wall calendar. But I don't care, because that's not why I bought it. I keep it on my desk with my pens, not on the wall.

The quality is great, and arrives as advertised. Came in a clear protective pouch that kept the item in perfect condition. Nice hanging rack to store/display the item.All in all a good buy.

Pretty simple but effective way to keep your habits in check. I would say the only issue with this is that color may bleed over to other pages if you press down to deeploy, but otherwise it's a solid product for what it does.

The quality is really nice. I purchased a color one. It has areas for daily, weekly, and monthly goals which I like. Checking things is awkward once you start going around the first curve in that it's easy to mess up with line item you're on. I will buy something like this again but will get one where things are checked off on a straight line. The paper is a good quality, bit thicker as is the cover. It's not flimsy at all. One thing I do not like is that the numbers in for the circle are in white and on a light colored background so it's hard to read the numbers to get the correct date should you miss documenting each day.
