Bought for xmas gift. I got to play around with it an it seems great. Out to about 20 to 30 yards the bbs tend to bend to left or right. Charging battery is simple. It does shoot fast. Bbs shot from about 10 yards will explode on a tree. Gun has some wight to it. Anything that bolts to an ar will bolt to this gun.He wanted one, but seems to like just lay in bed all day praying video games

Best airsoft rifle money can by for beginners. I was playing with a few friends who had $400 AEG airsoft rifles and this performed just as well if not better than their rifles. The body is all polymer except for the barrel BUT IT LOOKS AND FEELS SOLID. I thought I would be rather disappointed by the polymer body, but I actually really love it! It does not feel like plastic but somewhere in between metal and plastic. It is hard to explain other than it feels similar to metal and feels very, very solid. DO NOT SKIP OUT ON THIS GUN BECAUSE IT ISN'T ALL METAL. Accuracy is fantastic. The hop up is easy to adjust if shooting at a large field and it is just extremely accurate with .20mg bbs. Overall, extremely happy with it!

First of all, this AEG is sturdy, very sturdy for the price. The exterior is a heavy polymer/plastic with most of the internals being metal, from what i can tell its aluminium. The stock is the only weak part and it is only SLIGHTLY wobbly due to its construction. Still, its fairly tough. The hop up is good and hides inside the slide/ejector. Overall this rifle has the most important parts covered, however there are a few issues...ISSUES: When i first loaded the magazine, wound it up and inserted it i had a few feeding issues. You gotta be a little forceful to make it lock in as I learned and when it is removed a few BB's tend to spill out. The magazine also has issues trying to push up the last few BB's in the stack, this only seems to happen when the mag is near bone dry. The only other issue I've found is the iron-sights... In my personal opinion they are HORRENDOUS. However this is barely a problem as it's common to get a reflex sight or a scope. Also they are removable, so iron-sight lovers can buy a clearer set. Also, the BB's were not as advertised but it's not a huge deal. I received 600 .28 Biodegradable BB's that shot very nicely. Still wish I got more though because testing used up all of them.OVERALL: This gun is great for a beginner who knows they'll like air-soft. It's definitely NOT bottom of the barrel but it'll be outclassed by die-hards. With an adjusted hop up and a good sighting-in this rifle will hit hard and fast. (Haven't checked FPS but it seemed consistent and powerful, enough to put pockmarks in hardwood). But i definitely recommend a new sight and possibly an alternate compatible magazine.

If I could leave a ten star review I would my gear box spring broke and I asked for a new one from lancer tactical it took five minutes and they shipped out a new gear box spring and the lady that answered me was really kind and respectful she really cared for the customer EXCELLENT JOB LANCER.

This airsoft gun is all metal the performance is pro it shoots super fast and very hard but it shoots hard accuracy is very nice I just suggest a scope or red dot sight it is medium heavy it's all metal amazing gun

The Gen2 is the better Lancer to buy, now there's the gen3 but at the time, I only had access to the gen1 and 2.No JamsNo WeaknessSturdy and very robust
