I've recently tackled the challenge of creating a level garden bed in my sloped yard, and let me tell you, the Land Guard Corrugated Garden Edging Border has been a godsend. This 6" x 50' silver beauty not only looks the part but also performs exceptionally well.Installation Was a BreezeSetting up this edging was straightforward. I dug a small trench along the perimeter of where I wanted my level garden bed to be, and the corrugated design made it easy to bend around the curves of my yard. The steel is sturdy enough to hold its shape, yet flexible enough to contour to the slope without much fuss. I've seen some folks complain about the difficulty of installing edging on a slope, but this product made it manageable.A Level Garden BedThe real test was creating a level area on my sloped yard. With the help of this edging, I was able to retain soil and mulch effectively. It's like having a mini retaining wall that keeps everything in place. I've used it to build a small, level flower bed, and it's holding up beautifully. The deep barrier prevents grass from sneaking under, which is a common issue with other types of edging.

I ordered this metal edging to reinforce a slight slope in my garden bed. The dirt (and mulch) would slide down the slope, particularly after a heavy rain. It's not a very steep slope but it was washing away some of my soil. This edging was just the right size to stabilize that part of my garden. The ground there is fairly soft so pounding the edging into the ground was easy. A little pressure using a piece of wood and occasional strikes with a hammer was all that I needed. The edging is relatively thick - more than I anticipated. I expect this edging to hold up for a few years without bending nor wearing in the weather.

When the label says heavy-duty, they mean HEAVY DUTY! I've purchased landscape edging in the past that was supposed to be strong but turned out to be thin metal that couldn't even withstand the tapping of my hammer to install it. The soil in my area is pretty hard, so it definitely took some force to pound in this edging, but the Land Guard edging withstood smacks from my mallet like a champ. Not even a dent on top of the edging. It's easily bendable and can be shaped into any landscape design. I have a freeform garden bed that houses hostas and shrubs. I was able to form the edging around my garden bed to create a beautiful and sturdy border.If you're looking for edging that will last a long time and withstand a lot of force when pounding it into hard soil, this is the one for you. Highly recommended!

Good. If you’re going to be curving it, you may need help holding it in place. I wish it was slightly thicker.

Wow this arrived in record time and was even better than anticipated! Since I have never used anything like it I don’t have a lot to compare it to however it looks really good, it’s not at all thin or flimsy and I think it will weather well over time too. For the price it’s a great deal considering edging can be pricey and this 50 foot roll is a great bang for the buck. What really stood out is the edges weren’t thin and sharp at all. I will definitely be getting another roll if the one won’t do the job and since it came so fast I know I wont have to wait too long for it to arrive. It was husband approved too which is a plus.

These galvanized edging material is really really great. I don't like using plastic simply because birds and squirrels and other little things will knock on it and cause it to look awful after not so short of a time. However with these being metal they will last much longer and I am sure That it will help add simplicity to separate my garden beds. They go easily without too much trouble and they don't bend very easily because it is a pretty heavy duty metal. If you're looking for something that isn't plastic and something that will hold up for a while than these are the guardian edgeboard things that you do need. I'm happy with them I hope you

In general, I’m happy with this corrugated garden edging. It’s a good, heavy gauge, and the top and bottom edges are rolled and smooth. It arrived well-packaged, so much so that I had to cut it out of its box, lol. The ground is super soft here right now from rain and snow, which helps a lot with installation. To get a good seat in the soil, I’m finding I need to pound it down almost half its height. Which is fine, though I’m slightly concerned about it staying in place through big rains (some slopes here). I’ll try it as is for now, but feel like I may need to add some metal stakes to reinforce it in key places. Those stakes would be an awesome item for the manufacturer to include for those of us who don’t have totally flat yards!

I got this for our new flowerbed we are putting in around a maple tree. I love the look of this edging it fits out farmhouse very well.Its heavy duty and easy to work with.Only thing I am worried about is if it will rust or not.5/5 for durability and aesthetics.
