I bought this for my daughter for a Hermione Granger costume to wear for "favorite Book Character" day at school. This is a very nice quality tie, would last for many wears. It is a traditional tie so we had to watch a few YouTube videos to tie it, but overall that was easy to figure out. Would definitely recommend this

My daughter wanted to be Ginny Weasley of Harry Potter fame for Halloween this year. I ordered this tie as part of her Hogwarts uniform (along with a French Toast skirt and Amazon Basics sweater.) I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product. It could actually be worn with a suit and not look like a costume prop. We learned to tie a Windsor Knot from Youtube and adjusted this adult length tie to suit our needs. A good choice for any Hogwart's cosplay.

The tie comes flat. This is a real tie. It is not pre-tied or a slip on version. Can be used with regular suits or dressed up occasions or with the Hogwarts costuming. If the child does not know how to tie a tie, they will need assistance to use this product.

My kids wanted to go as Harry Potter characters again this year. Last year I had only purchased the cloaks. So this year we added to the costumes and bought more accessories including these ties. My kids are 7 and 5 years old. The ties are a little long for them but they didn’t seem to notice or mind. They felt dressed for the part and excited for Halloween. Great tie for the money.
