If you have the option, which I didn't at the time of ordering because it wasn't in stock anywhere, spend the extra and get the OTC adapter. This was a pain to get threaded in to every hole trying to get around the rocker and injector hold down. I had the OTC one but went on walkabout and wasn't available when I needed to do a compression test, I had to grind the crimp for it to work and loosen and re tighten the injector hold downs and was still a hassle to use this adapter especially when I had used the OTC adapter which a thousand times easier to thread into the glow plug hole. It worked but it sucked to use. And I did get a die to chase the threads before even attempting to use.

As other reviews had warned the threads could be a little sloppy I was prepared with a thread chase. I tried it first to no avail chased the threads and it works great.

Threads are tight as some others mentioned but I did not have to run them through a die and the coating is still on them. I threaded it in by hand and snug against the o-ring, and the hose is flexible enough to get around the rocker arms. The very tip of the "glow plug" has a Schrader valve for capturing accurate data. I used this with the Lang Tools TU-15 diesel tester without issue but the quick disconnect does seem a bit different.

If you're going to buy this make sure you buy a M10 1.0 mm die. It is impossible to thread in without fixing the threads first. You will waste your time trying!

Buy a m10x1.0 die and re cut the threads
