Super easy installation. Everything you need to install is included, you just need a Phillips head screwdriver and a teen can do this. It’s nice and the price is beyond reasonable. The three keys are a great addition. You can install the knobs right or left handed on the door. It fit my pantry door perfectly. The quality is better than the previous knob which had no lock and $20 more in pricing.

Product came used and was not inspected prior to reselling the item. Customer not notified it had been returned previously. Stem on doorknob was bent. Someone added grease to the inside channel. Plate was scratched up and plastic torn away. Grease and fingerprints on knob itself. It is going in trash and i will be going to home depot. Never again..

The door knob was clean and had a very nice finish. It was very simple to set up. I didn’t even need the instructions. My favorite part is that it comes with three sets of keys. Everything turns smoothly and there is no jamming or funny noise. The lock is never inconsistent. It’s very smooth.

for the price, this was a great purchase. it was easily installed in my existing hole. I did have to chisel a bit as the door plate sits a bit recessed where my previous was flush. it looks great and functions as it should. I read other comments that suggested the lock doesn't work, however mine has smooth function so far and it came with 3 keys which was nice.

The product is good and easy to install , the only issue is the lock at the back you cannot change it to be lock from horizontal to vertical ( Horizontal is always the open , however, in this product is the lock which is kinda of confusing)

nice material and quality comes even with screwdriverhowever u need to scrape the door and the frame a little to fit and i didnt have proper material for it
