Bought this for my 5 cats in lieu of an actual Catasaurus. THEY LOVE IT! It's sturdy! I was worried it would collapse under the weight of one of my chonky cats but it doesn't! Good, sturdy. Easy to set up and great price! Good value! Two of my larger cats fit at the same time.

My kitten loves this thing. She immediately got in it when I put it together, and has spent many hours since in there. My big boy is afraid of little spaces and could easily fit, but dare not enter. He was no less interested because of this though. The two were playing with it immediately after zipping it together.The little ball toy fell apart on day one. Maybe it wasn't made so great, maybe it never stood a chance with my cats. I guess it could be a bit of both. A bit of a bummer but not enough to really make a fuss over.The zipper has nice big teeth and seems very sturdy. I've seen some with very small teeth and these are not. This was part of why I bought this one. I did spend a lot of time comparing. I will see just how long it lasts befe falling apart or being destroyed by cats.I later discovered the very best part of this cat cave toy: the cat head shaped hole in the back. Oh goodness did it get me laughing! The kitten and big cat try to play thru it and it is a howl every time! So funny! That alone made this toy a win for me. I am honestly surprised I didn't see any other cat cave or review with this feature. It is absolutely hilarious!This size is big, my kitten should fit in it as an adult cat, so long as she doesn't get too huge. I hear Maine coon kitties do. I have no doubt she'll squeeze in as long as she can.Such delight with this cat cave, though! I like to point the laser pointer inside it to the back wall on one side, watch kitty dive after it, then move it to the other side, and then back to the first side, so she runs in circles chasing the laser. Cats are so entertaining and this donut cat cave will be bringing countless hours of fun, I am sure!

I have 2 6m old rescue kittens from Puerto Rico. They are very very energetic. I got them this dome. Both love it. They sit in donut on top and inside. I like the vent on opposite side for air and they tease each other too. Really pleased. Great value. Glad I shopped around. You don't have to buy the expensive ones, just with great reviews and fair price!

I read the reviews on so many of these and settled on this one because of the peek-a-boo hole. The cats really do enjoy spying out of that hole and batting at whatever passes by.They sleep in it, play on it, use it as a scratching pad and push it all over the place. I finally put it on a rug so it didn’t slide across the wood floors as easily.It is holding up well to three fairly large and raucous cats. I would recommend it as an addition to any cat play area.

Only thing was the roping for orange hanging ball was unraveling. I guess I will need to get a glue gun to re-rope. Other than that, love how it is very sturdy and smooth.
