Finally was able to make a kabob that stood firm on skewer! Beef or chic , fantasticMAKE SURE NOT RO PRESS HARD, that is perhaps why some state the breakage!

Used it 3 times and it broke off the third use. The clips are plastic and it snapped from on end. I tried to get a refund or replacement but it’s too late. Spend a little more for a heavy duty or better quality one.

Cellophane liner is a must. Worked great with my skewers for lamb kebabs.
