I have severe knee pain after chemo treatments 2 years ago. It attacked all my joints but my left knee the worst as it had the worst arthritis. Anyway, lately it’s been very hard to get a good night’s sleep as every time I shifted my leg, the pain it caused in my knee woke me up and kept me awake.With this pad supporting my knee, I have been sleeping comfortably throughout the night and I’m in less pain in the morning.The support allows a slight flex in my knee joint that is just enough without being bulky . I have problems with my low back and hips. I sleep on my back and both sides because it hurts to stay one way for very long. I used to use a regular pillow because it worked all directions, but it's not great for under my knees because they're too thick. I've tried several ergonomic pillows, but if they're good on my side they aren't good on my back, and visa-versa. This one is the only one that's worked for me in all directions. It's long enough to cushion my knees and ankles on my side, and narrow enough to fit nicely just under my knees when I'm laying on my back. I'm only 5'3" so my other problem is that many pillows are too tall or thick. This pillow is just right. It's a little softer than I normally like, but it makes it more comfortable on my knees when I'm on my side. The price is reasonable. I only wish I could buy a pillowcase made for it.

I have one of these in the cooling gray that I like, so I ordered one in fleece blue for my mom. The pillow is fine but the color is very inaccurate and not what we expected/wanted.

I love this pillow! I'd been having low back pain at night and got this. It works well lying on your back or your side. I thought at first it might be too squishy, but it's actually just right. This has made a world of difference in my sleep quality at night.

Comfy and soft, great for sitting up and having behind back or neck but maybe too soft to hold knees up where they need to inorder to relieve back when laying down. Needs to be taller, maybe 4 inches taller.
