This is a perfect starter’s sewing box. Has all the essentials.Might want to add a better pair of scissors though.Box is perfect size for a beginner and looks lovely!

I got my granddaughter interested in sewing (she's 7) and since she had no supplies of her own I asked her if she would like a sewing basket, and she chose this one for the pretty polka dots. I added to it by adding more needles, pins, thread, clips and a better pair of scissors - the stork kind. She is delighted with it. Since we are still in Covid isolation she sews with her friends over facetime or whatever other thing they are using, and when not visiting me we sew together over facetime. Well worth the money. It would also make a good sewing basket for people don't sew much but can mend things.

The sewing box is nice, sturdy, and advertised as large. It is wide, but it’s not deep. We only have enough room to maybe put one row of thread spools. Not much extra room to put anything else.

Disliked the size I wanted a large I got a medium I know because I have a real large much bigger and I have a medium much smaller. Everything else was perfect but now I don’t have the space I need I bought a singer sewing & a embroidery machines from you within the last year from Amazon and about everything else I can find to go with them thus the need for a large case I’d have gotten Xlarge size.thank you for asking ......
