I wanted to get rid of the typical curved spoon rest on the stove because larger serving spoons don’t actually “rest†on it but slide all over the place due to the straight handle. I needed a larger, flat surface area that the actual spoon could sit on. This beautiful rest caught my eye, and I love it for the beautiful color, design, and functionality. This would have easily cost $20 in a store, so the price was a real value for such a beautiful piece.

I often host parties but I didn't have enough spoon rests for the different dishes. I'm definitely frugal and needed several spoon rests so when these came up on Amazon deals I purchased five of them.They are perfect and nicer than a mis-mash of different things to put the spoons on. I liked them so much I ordered a couple of more in a different color. Being that I'm frugal I only purchased the colors that were on sale.

Have no idea but when I see this spoon rest on my stove I just love it! It’s very basic, nice size, and of course round. Maybe it’s the simplicity I love….not sure!
