The whole thing packs up super easy i dont know what these other reviews are on. The suction cups are actually worthless but if you have roof rack bars you don’t need them. The tarp itself is huge seems pretty high quality. The stakes are really good and the ropes it comes with are pretty nice but the tension tools are kind of weird to use but I’ve never used that type before so it’s probably user error

Looks different in person, suction cups are cheap and don’t hold, and it won’t stay taught so it sags and hold water. Works as decent shade but I don’t recommend.

It provides ample shade and rain protection, making it perfect for covering both my SUV and camping area. It’s large enough to set up chairs, a table, and even a cooking station underneath without feeling cramped.Easy Setup: For such a large awning, it’s surprisingly easy to set up. The poles are sturdy and the design allows for quick assembly with minimal help. I was able to attach it to my vehicle and have it ready in about 20 minutes.Durable and Weather-Resistant: The fabric is thick and high-quality, offering excellent protection from both sun and rain. I’ve used it in high winds and heavy rain, and it held up without any issues. The waterproofing is top-notch, and the awning dries quickly after a storm.Perfect for Overlanding: When you’re overlanding, having a reliable shade and shelter is a must. This awning has become my go-to for setting up a comfortable campsite quickly. It’s a huge upgrade over smaller awnings or tents, especially for extended trips.Minor Downsides:Storage Bag Size: The awning comes with a storage bag, but it’s a bit snug. It can be a challenge to pack everything back into the bag after use. This tarp partially attaches to your suv or hatchback. It's generously sized so you can use it with one support pole (2 poles are supplied) and let the sides drape down for more weather or privacy protection. Or, use two poles for a more open area in the shade.It seems more rain resistant than waterproof but if you have your car to sleep in, some drips are not an issue. The suction cups for attaching the fly to a roof are not very reliable but you can always tie the unit to the car roof rack supports. You can also use it independently of a car with extra poles you supply or what Mother Nature gives you with overhead. I would likely use stronger ropes and longer, wider stakes for the sandy soil and often sudden strong storms in my neck of the woods.

This is such a neat piece and a great addition to any outing, camping trip or event! It is easy to set up and put into place on your vehicle! The poles are very sturdy and the stakes easy to use allowing the awning to stay in place without fail! It is very well made and all of the materials are incredible quality! Great value!

If you follow the instructions to that are sewn into the bag it's a pretty satisfying and easy installation. The material it's made out of seams durable and thicker than normal. The tie downs work well as long as you have your own hammer. I did not use a suction cups that came with it but they seem to work fine on the body of my vehicle. In the picture it shows a two-pole installation but you can also install it with one pole to have more privacy with the walls coming down further.
