These rake heads are quite strong and do not break easily. I have been purchasing different rake heads for many years and have not found any others to be as sturdy.

1) Breaks easily, have 6 stalls with sawdust, have broken 5 of these already. Cracks near the top where the wood handle connects and allowing the tines to flop loosely2) Screw to secure is a) too long, it sticks out about 1/2" when assembled, b) is not thread-lock so it works it's way loose easily and c) is metric, so unless you have spare nut/bolts laying around you can't just find a replacement once you lose the nut, you have to run to hardware store. Oh, and the bolt is a pan head, whereas forks are recessed for a countersunk head bolt. I just went to Rural King and bought the correct bolts3) Tine design actually makes it harder to sift. I thought the extra bar would help prevent tines breaking. What it actually does is make them stiffer so particles don't fall thru as easily

These are so nice to have to replace broken fork heads, cleaning horse pens in the winter tends to make these type of fork tines brittle it's nice to have extras on hand these have held up great, we clean 6 very large horse pens daily and they are holding up very well.

Bought these because the boarder at my barn kept breaking the ones I purchased at Tractor Supply which are expensive. These are holding up well and are used daily. They have an extra brace near the bottom of the tines which seems to make them a bit more durable. I would purchase again. Given they are used daily to pick up horse poop, it’s inevitable that they eventually break.

These have worked great so far. The extra piece of plastic towards the tips help. We have problems with the individual forks breaking leading to constantly buy new ones. Have only had these for a little while but hoping they hold up for a while. The price was fair

The fork is the part that breaks, so just replace that.
