i installed this in my yard in early May in NJ, Very easy to install & assemble. I appreciate it came in 2 parts for choice. I have the two separate hose ribbons on a splitter so I can throw the water farther (more pressure) or just water with one area at a time if I need to. at first I hated seeing the neon green, but grass has grown over it enough now, and the pins help it stay low enough to still mow the lawn. I had no idea what to expect but it sprays the lawn really nicely in a good arc. you can redirect the spray - it depends which way you tilt the ribbon. still wish it was dark green or brown to blend with mulch.

I bought 3, all work great. Nice even distribution of water. I was skeptical about it being all plastic but oddly enough it performed much better then a brass fitted hose I bought from another vendor. For those that want to connect 2 together, keep in mind that the water distribution in the first length will be much stronger then the second length. Thats just plain physics and not an issue with the product.

I was literally tired of hand watering a huge garden on a daily basis and decided to try these hoses. They are exactly as described, powerful sprinkler hoses that soak your garden quickly. However, the holes start at the top of the hose, where it connects to the spigot. Meaning you are soaking your house or patio everytime you put the hose on. Soaking yourself when you go to turn it off. Its annoying and I wish the holes started a few feet down the hose. The solution is to get regular hoses to extend the length. Overall a good product with some fixable design flaws.

If you’re really a good person with a lawnmower, there are sometimes when you can actually lift your lawnmower over while it’s pinned down on the ground, which is a blessing because once your grass grows about 12 inches around it because you’re too lazy to go pick it up and move it. You need to find a way to cut the grass and so far the lift the front 6 inches off the ground and gently push it over. The hose is work for me for me.Surprisingly the way the system works as it has three or four holes on the inside of it. They are basically tubes stuck together and two of those if not, three of those tubes are used for the water. I think it’s two that’s why you have direction left and right and in all honesty if you poke some holes in the middle, you could have a centerline hose as well.I really like the soft rubber and it’s a very bright green, which I got to make sure I don’t run over it by accident. It’s good that it comes with the ground clips as well to keep it down. It does not like to turn corners you have to make those extremely wide.

Put these in my raised beds. Some I placed upside down so the water did not touch the leaves on the plants. Such an easy and quick way to water a large space. I used yard/garden staples to keep the hose in place.

I bought 8 sprinkler hoses from LAVEVE in 2024. They worked fine spring thru fall. On 11/6/2024, I collected all of my sprinkler hoses to put them away for the winter - including 8 from SWANN that I bought in 2023. The sprinkler hoses from SWANN were forgotten outside in my zone 6 weather over the 2023 winter. This spring I was relieved to see that the SWANN hoses were in good condition. They were still in good condition when I rolled them up today to put them away for the winter. The LAVEVE sprinklers were an entirely different story. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. BROKE. They had either broken on the ground or splintered into pieces when I tried to roll them up. Spend a few extra dollars on the SWANN sprinkler hoses that will last more than one season - even with a little abuse. â—¦

It's probably as good as any of these sprinkler hoses. I had not had one for a long time.It wont stay flat or you can't direct it where you want, so not very effective really. Years ago they were the same way. They spray probably 4 ft in each direction and difficult to adjust for less and get decent coverage. You can't bend this around a plant and keep the hose flat.I suggest soaker hoses in lieu of this.

It's working great. No leaks. Love the stakes. To say I was shocked when I saw the color was an understatement. But, the grass is covering it and the bright color does help let everyone know that it is a trip hazard over the sidewalk. It is nice and flat. Watch out when you first unroll it, though. It did turn my hands green but it easily washed off. I was fine with the price so it wasn't a big deal.
