I work from home in a call center type job and need to take notes for each call. It works great. The longer pen is more comfortable than my previous board's pen. It feels smooth when you write, not scratchy. A wipe down with a damp rag is all it needs for cleaning.

This is a nice writing tablet for daily use. I appreciate the lock feature to keep from erasing the board, and I love that it has such a large, usable space. I am taking a star off the review because it was marketed in a way that led me to believe that it would have more colors when used, but it is only blue and green (no red or yellow). After several months of daily use, my tablet has some color bleeding, but my son's does not, so I'm calling that a wash.

Good grief. I bought this LCD board to improve communication with my nearly deaf husband. It's completely useless for writing a quick message and holding it up for him to read from a few feet away.Unless he can hold it close to his face, under freaking klieg lights, he can't make out anything on this dark board with extremely washed out color. For deaf people who are also nearly blind (the elderly!), this device is an insult.I was truly p*ssed off by the incredibly low quality of the lights on this black board. I do not recommend it for any kind of serious use beyond toddler doodles.
