I bought this heat gun to assist in leveling the wax in the candles I was making. To my absolute amazement, this worked better and quicker than I could have imagined. My only complaint is that knowing the gun gets extremely hot the cord seems to want to pull the gun on its side when you try to rest it on the stand.

I received my item plug it up and all it did was make a bunch of noise and did not blow out hot air

Works perfectly. Be careful make sure you have something to sit in on. It comes with a kickstand but I would use something else for support. Keep it away from anything until it cools off but other than that it's a great addition to my crafting.

Just as advertised. One of my favorite features is the stand when it's hot. I don't have to worry about where I set it.
