So versatile. I use this a couple times a week. Start on stove top and finish in oven. Everything cooks evenly. Large size. Lid is beautiful. Super easy to clean with enamel coating. Can't go wrong with this!

This arrived in perfect condition. The quality of this product is superior and every dish so far comes out perfectly cooked! I've received many compliments on how beautiful it looks when I serve meals in it. The lid is gorgeous and keeps food warm! Cleans easy and read instructions because these are heirloom products and worth every penny!

I ordered this braiser twice, I gambled on the second one but sure enough, the lid came with scratches. Le Creuset needs to stop cutting corners on packaging. These cast iron lids are HEAVY!! You can actually hear the lid rolling around its own box when you move it. I'm not paying premium and keeping them with scratches. Same thing happened with the pumpkin dutch ovens.

I have many Le Creuset cast iron pieces in my home which have consistently performed well and have been easy to clean. I have ordered the Olive Branch 3.5 quart braiser now 4 times: 3 from Amazon, 1 from a high-end kitchen supply store. All have arrived with multiple scratches around the exterior periphery of the lid. It appears that Le Creuset has changed its packaging. Previously, all of my cast iron purchases arrived with a full sheet of cardboard protecting the inverted lid nested in the base. With the 4 braisers, there has been only a thin piece of cardboard cut to allow it to flex and fit inside the base leaving the plastic guards for the rim of the braiser to provide the only protection for the lid. In all 4 cases, the plastic guards have been dislodged in trasport to move freely about the box allowing the lid to make repeated contact with the upper rim of the base resulting in multiple scratches. I feel the fault lies with Le Creuset, not with Amazon or the other vendor that I used, as the plastic guards do not make a snug fit on the rim. Maybe that's acceptable to some customers, but I do not want to spend hundreds of dollars for a braiser that is blemished on arrival. Looking past the damage, the Olive Branch 3.5 quart Braiser is beautiful in artichaut and comfortable to lift with the larger Signature handles. Based on my previous use of Le Creuset cast iron, I feel sure it will not disappoint in performance. I am removing a star for poor packaging.

I was hesitant to purchase because of the reviews noting scratched tops. Mine arrived in perfect condition and is an extremely beautiful piece.
