Not perfect, but probably the best you'll find these days. I hope these guys stay in business and under good management forever.I bought this a few months ago. Working as a gardener every day and with minimal maintenance, the holster is still in good shape. It takes a day or two to break in the leather. Just use your muscles to shove the Gerber Truss into the holster and clasp it shut. It'll loosen.+Attractive appearance when shined+Holds tool securely and stays snug on a thick belt+Actual leather, could last a decade with care+Genuinely satisfying to use-Back has flaps that can catch while sliding it onto a belt, but this problem goes away as the leather softens-Tool could easily fall out if the clasp becomes undone-A little bulky on guys with thin waists, I have to wear it on the side

Beautiful case for my Gerber multitool couldn’t ask for a better fit. I’m sure this will last many many years. Also, as an added bonus made in the USA family owned, which I enjoy supporting.

Couldn't ask for a better case that this for my Gerber multi-tool. Right pressure to hold the tool in, but not too much to make taking out a problem. Would buy again and again.

Received it yesterday. Got my gerber and placed it in it. Little tight, but with some saddle soap to protect it will also loosen it up. Craftsmanship is of great quality. Gone through several of the regular Gerber sheaths, they don't last. Diffenitly like the leather one. Should last a ling time. Been looking for something like this.

After being aggravated for several years by the failing factory nylon sheath that came with my Gerber Suspension, I went looking for a leather alternative. Luckily, I chose American Benchcraft and I cannot say how pleased I am that I did. Truly heavy-duty material, flawlessly designed to be held together - including the integral belt loop - by four heavy duty brass rivets. It is an understated showpiece of design. It fits perfectly, holds my favorite multi-tool positively and as a bonus, was made near me in eastern Massachusetts. It is a rare thing to purchase something you know will last the rest of life no matter how harsh its treatment and this sheath is just that.

This is a nice leather case. Looks much better than my cami clothe one that looked silly when dressing professional. Yeah I still have my multi tool with dress pants and shirt. I don’t care. This one looks much better. The leather is nice and solid. My only complaint is it isn’t sewn closed on the back so running a belt through can be an issue as goes down between the gap and it hits the leather flap. I have to reach in and grab the belt with one finger to help run it through. Not a huge deal but it really seems silly not to sew that part closed. Aside from that I love it. Great quality and price.

Outstanding piece of kit, fit for purpose.I received a message from Amazon saying that my order may have been lost as it hadn't arrived by the due date.I contacted American Bench Craft and was immediately put at ease by their professionalism and concern.They tracked my order and it was revealed that it had indeed arrived in Australia and had been held up by customs.Their service did not end there however. What more could a fella say. Heavy leather, tight at first and works in nicely. Seems pretty much much bullet proof.Buy another one in a heart beat

Excellent quality product, the quality of the leatherwork is amazing for the price. It fits the Gerber Truss perfectly. The leather is a bit stiff initially (as should be expected) however once it softens and stretches the fit is perfect.
