I was looking for chest/shoulder protection and this one-piece meets my needs well. I didn't want a full long sleeve jacket-type protector as I'm concerned it would be too hot in the summer, so I wear this with elbow pads. It's very well made and integrates with the Leatt neck protectors. Not too heavy to wear all summer long

I am a big fan of Leatt products but they really missed the mark on this one. First, the product I received dose not match the one that appears in the pictures. The shoulder pad deign is completely different, the one on in the pictures appears to be more robust and secure. Second, the shoulder pads are a joke. They keep popping out of place and the latch used to secure the pad does not work. The only way to ensure the pads stay in place is wearing them under a small jersey.I do have to say that the compatibility with the neck breach is awesome.

Great fit, felt very comfortable. The only downside is that it tends to be hot, if you are riding in a hot and humid area you will fell even hotter.

I found the chest protector to be comfortable and protective (but quite hot as you would expect), but the shoulder pads attachments need to be redesigned. Their length does not stay adjusted and constantly fall to the furthest out extent of the straps. I considered modifying the straps myself, but for what they charge, I expect design flaws to be fully worked out. This is the second Leatt item I returned (and I'm considering a third) because design fell short.
