This value priced exercise tool really works. Resistance is medium to strong. Cushions are good. I've been using this several times a week while watching TV and have felt a difference.

I was impressed that it really feels like it's working. My legs are sore, I've toned down to a whole size. I use this about every 2 to 3 days for my legs and tummy. Well worth the small investment.

It was very flimsy and small, it also came with a couple of holes in the padding. Very disappointed in the product.

This thing is extremely inconvenient, the spring is good enough but wings to small and covers are spinning around making it impossible to keep this thing in place.Do not recommend at all.
