I bought this a few months ago because it fit the bill for what I needed; An affordable, battery powered lantern that could be hung, and water resistant. This is used in a semi-enclosed outdoor shower hung by a hook to the ceiling using the strap attached to the light, so it's exposed regularly to high humidity, some occasional water splash, hot and cold temperatures. This was bought as a temporary light before the shower would be eventually rigged by solar powered lighting. It's not too lightweight, slightly bulky and almost feels a little flimsy but it is incredibly powerful on the spotlight setting, as I'm able to see hundreds of feet easily compared to a more expensive stick light I have for almost double the cost, and perfectly bright enough for the outdoor shower for at night on the lantern setting on max. The battery life is also amazing, on some occasions we'd forget to turn it off and many hours later when we find out we left it on, the battery life did not drain much, even on the maximum brightness for the lantern. Solar charging functionality wise, I did not test it extensively enough to have any real thoughts, but does it charge? It seems to. As far as charging devices like phones and whatnot, I have not tested that feature, but I will presume it works, as this was bought only intended to be used for lighting. For ~$30 dollars You cannot go wrong with it, this is a perfect option for a camping light or an emergency light, for power loss or otherwise, as it does also have the color patterns you can choose.I highly advise reading the manual it comes with to fully get an idea how to use the color settings, but if you just need a lantern/flashlight combo, I could not recommend anything better for the price.

We love this portable, lightweight lamp that doubles as a flash light! It charges easily, lasts a long time - we used about 4 times now, for about 45 mins or so each time, on one charge. It's has a strap on the side to hold it as a flashlight. This is great for the beach and camping. The kids use it around the cabin at night too to get to the bathroom or kitchen area. My only complaint is the strap to hold it as a flashlight doesn't feel sturdy and may break or come apart at some point.I haven't used it to charge our devices but it's great as a light/lamp and battery lasts for several hours (from combined uses).

These are awesome!!! I bought them for emergency lighting when CA shuts down the power (often) due to winds. They have a substantial internal battery with some heft to it.Their claim of 1500 Lumens seems to be spot on. These are BRIGHT on the highest setting, both for the spotlight and the lantern. It will.light up a good sized room as a lantern. The large battery allows them to last a very long time. From a price/performance perspective, I'd give these a 9.5 on a 10 scale.

Works perfectly as a room light, flashlight, and power storage bank. Holds a charge for many months. So handy to have anywhere but the utility for camping is such an asset. Perfect! ðŸ‘

This does everything that the description says it does! I put it outside to get a solar charge. it charged it up very well. Then I charged my cell phone with it. It charged it as fast as electricity does. I tested the lighting with solar power. It does have every light that the description says it has. The lights were strong and I know it will work perfectly when there is a power outage or if I go camping. I highly recommend this product and I am thrilled with my purchase.

Pros: Electronically, this lantern is sound. Good lighting modes, plus a color cycling mode that lets you pause when it gets to you favorite hue. The kids had quite the party with it.Cons: But, what dingbat used weak pleather instead of strong nylon web for the carry strap? And why mount the carry strap above the solar panel where it shades the charger? And why are both ends of the carry strap clamped into the housing in a way that they CANNOT be removed.Next: This product should be redesigned with a nylon web carry strap attached to rings molded into the housing. Such a design would be stronger, more durable, would be removable so as not to shade the charger, and would be replaceable with whatever you might want to clip to the mounting points.

I read that people complain about the size. Pffff. Whatever. This product has so many options it's insane. It's a lantern. It's a flashlight. It's a multi coloured party waiting to happen. It charges in the sun. It charges with a USB connector. It comes fully charged ready to go right out of the box - how convenient. Most products don't even come with batteries or propane canisters or whatever to get going, but Itoncs has got ya covered. I have two of them and they work great in my trailer. Eco friendly and economical is a Win in my book!My photos show unlit and lit.

This is an excellent piece of kit, well thought out, and well built. The life of the battery is excellent, well worth the money.
