I bought these for camping, festivals, and hiking, and they’ve been incredibly useful. When camping, they provide much-needed light around the campsite. At festivals, I clip one onto my fanny pack in case I drop something at night—it’s brighter than my iPhone flashlight. I also use it to make myself more visible in the crowd if my friends are looking for me. I bought the 5-piece set with a variety of colors, and I let my friends borrow them too. They’re especially handy at festivals where the portable restrooms don’t have lights—I clip one on top to see inside. It’s pitch black at night, so it’s much less of a hassle than pulling out my phone to hold as a flashlight. I do the same when hiking at night to make sure I don’t trip or injure myself. The lights use AAA batteries (3 pieces), and their size is perfect—compact and easy to clip onto a bag for travel. The quality is excellent.

Ok, I admittedly have a problem with camping lights and love to buy them and try out different ones. This is a great little set! They are very lightweight which I think is an advantage to using batteries vs. a rechargeable light. Because of their lightweight you can really attach them to anything, even a backpack, with no issue. Thr carabiners are decent quality, I think they'll hold up with use.The lights themselves have good brightness and I like the three settings (bright, not as bright, flashing). A great solution to any low light situation!

I got these a few days ago and was impressed with the quality. Be using them camping next week. Bought same type of light by a different company and not impressed. Will update once i use them. Do have to buy batteries. Update: Very nice bright lites. Seem well made. Worked for what i needed. Only con is the AAAbatteries do not last long. On bright maybe 6 hours. before they dim. I am going to buy more. Try a better battery and see how long these last. Love to see these lights a bit bigger that would take AA batteries. That would be perfect.

These are great for camping trips. Easy to attach to tents. Battery life lasts a very long time. We use them all the time as we are big campers. Easy to store.

These are lightweight and surprisingly bright. There are multiple functions, bright, lighter and strobe. They each take 3 AAA batteries. Great buy. These will work perfectly for camping.

"Forget squinting in the dark! These PEMOTech lanterns are like tiny suns in your hands. 4 of the lights were fine. One was non-functional (probably the LED or button switch?) swapped the battery pack with one that was working, that wasn't the problem. So asking Amazon for a replacement. The other lights seem to work just fine for softly illuminating a small space. I'd probably use the low brightness setting most of the time.Not heavy duty but ok for the price.

I adore these little lights. The colour changing is slow and gentle, so it doesn't trigger my flicker-sensitive migraines (and of course you can set it to one colour any time you want), and they're bright enough to give a pleasant glow to the whole area without being blinding. I've already used them while camping twice, and in a holiday villa as a cute hanging bedside light.Can't speak properly about the battery life as I've only used them with Amazon batteries, which are appallingly bad. They did eat through those pretty fast ,but so did my pocket torch which is normally very efficient. I need to try them out with some better quality batteries.Only thing I'd change would be to add some sort of carry case for travelling, so they don't switch on in my bag by accident. but I can probably find that elsewhere. I'm still thinking of getting a second set so my next camping trip can be extra colourful!

Handy little lights that are convenient for any occasion and to illuminate any area / room. I gave one to my nephew so he takes it to camp with him and it does its job! Can even use it at home in rooms when the elctricity goes out. Keep in mind that it's battery operated (AAA).
