When I ordered this sign I was excepting to be disappointed but when it arrived it was amazing! The led are decent along with the remote but the markers are where it shines. I do want to note when I first opened it, it appeared to be used with residue on the glass and a dirty remote but both were cleanable so I didn’t bother replacing it. Overall a great product9.5/10

I've been trying to reach customer support regarding a part that I need to replace (after the 2nd or 3rd use) for about a month now. No response. I've tried emailing but there is no phone number to speak to someone. I actually really liked the product. It gave movie nights (at a charity I help with) a much more professional look at our concession stand. Everyone loved the addition. It would have been a 5 star product if not for the difficulty in acquiring a replacement part. Without the one part, I can't get the lights to work. That makes the product a very expensive basic sign. If anyone at Woodsam reads this - PLEASE CONTACT ME. My info is in the emails I sent.

We recently got this board for our store to list some of our daily deals. It came with a remote (battery included), markers, and a microfiber cloth. We've used it for a few days now, and it has mostly been great so far.The remote is very tiny (I suggest always keeping it in the same place so it doesn't get lost), and there don't seem to be any instructions that come with it. There are four settings for how the sign flashes, and there does seem to be a difference but it's quite subtle. I feel like this sign might work better in a darker area and the differences may be better noted, but the area we have this set up in gets a fair amount of natural and fluorescent light.The microfiber cloth has been my saving grace. The next morning when I go in, the market has set dry. If you simply wipe it, the more likely it is to smudge if the writing/drawing was thicker. I simply wet the microfiber cloth, and wipe off everything and good as new! I have to either wait for the board to dry or wipe it down with a dry paper towel, but I recently purchased another microfiber cloth to use dry in case the paper towel might scratch up the surface.Be careful not to hold down the markers for too long upon original use. I squeezed down a little too hard, and there was ink dripping down from the marker tip (my precious ink!). I suggest getting a backup set of markers, because I am almost out of the yellow since I've been using it to write the price.Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase. We initially contemplated purchasing a different LED board from Sam's Club that was smaller (20"x24") and didn't come with markers - the only advantage that they had was that the borders were lined with flashing lights. However, it was going to cost us a whopping $110! I'm glad I found this board for roughly $63 - it saved us a whole lot of money and gave me more surface area to write on. Now, I just wish the area we had this in was just a tiny bit darker so it stands out a little bit more..

Not visible in day light or well lit rooms. After seeing these at Resturants I couldn’t wait to get one for my car lot to put daily things on. It is only visible when you turn out the lights. I gave it to a teacher who threw it away in less than a week. Worthless junk

Sign itself is very nice. Used it one time and hung with chain supplied and chain broke and sign broke into a million prices.

This lighted board shipped quickly and was packaged well. We only tried it out once so far but it will be used for a music venue. The colors are bright. The chalk markers need to be primed and then they work great. Also, the remote does all kinds of things, changes colors, flashes the lights. Etc. We like this board a lot.

Está bien, pero para que fuera 5* deberÃa encenderse en el mismo programa en el que se apagó, ya que si la programas con un temporizador, se enciende en el modo de destellos y cambio de color, y hay mensajes que asà no se ven del todo claros.
