I ordered 4-2packs of these lights. We had them installed around our building and it is like daylight. Our building and parking lot is lit up like a ball field. Better than I expected!!

This thing is enormous and weighs around ten pounds. Be sure you have help putting it up, and don't try to install it all by yourself. You will need at least one extra pair of hands. We connected it to a motion detector, so if someone up to no good pulls up in front of our shop in the middle of the night, the cameras will pick up everything. It's great to scare off the bad guys. This product is made in China.

This review is for the G GJIA LED Parking Lot Light (150W ARM 1 PACK 100-277V)This thing is BRIGHT! We have a farm and had a traditional 'vapor' dusk to dawn light that was constantly blinking off and on. Replacing the sensor didn't help, so it was time to replace the whole light. When I saw this light offered, I jumped at the chance.The area we are illuminating is just outside of our implement barn. Oftentimes we are out working past dark and need to see what we're doing to put away all of our equipment. This light also helps to cast light on our front gate and the front of our horse barn. The traditional light wasn't bright enough, but that is no longer a worry! This LED light really cranks out the light! With a 5000k light temperature (pretty bright white), it's like daylight. In fact, sometimes I don't like it because it's SO bright that I think it attracts every bug in our county, and the bright light also detracts from the peacefulness. BUT the light also helps keep critters at bay -- both the four- and two-legged kind.We had an electrician install this light on a service pole so, unfortunately, I can't really attest to how easy or difficult it was. He said he wasn't really an issue, just had to make sure everything was tight. I like that it's equipped with a photocell that works. This light comes on at dusk and goes off by early morning. The light is indeed heavy and is constructed of heavy-duty aluminum. I did not realize LEDs put out that much heat, but the construction of this light helps to ensure it remains cool. The light is rated as being IP66 waterproof. IP66-rated products are free from dust ingress and direct exposure to water jets. So, it should easily hold up to rain, snow, etc.This light comes with a 5-year warranty, which is incredible. I've not had to test that, but assuming they uphold it, this is a great warranty for this kind of light! The ONLY thing I would like more clarity on for this light is how best to attach it to a pole or the side of a barn. The 'screws' attached are not the kind you would put directly into a pole or something. That said, our electrician figured it out.Overall, I am highly impressed with this light. It is very affordable, and with the current discounts being offered, easily puts it in the range of what I would expect to pay for something like this. Just make sure you REALLY want to light up the area where you install it, because it WILL be bright! Highly recommended.

I’m very happy with this light. I’ve mounted it 14 ft up the wall, and it easily illuminates 100 ft wide by 50 ft deep (30 x 15m), as if it’s daytime. It outperforms the streetlight the township has on its road. I actually tilted it so it doesn’t shine into the neighbours window, which, being 15m/50 ft straight to the left of the light wasn’t a concern of mine when I mounted it. I believe it would easily do 30x30 or even 30x45 if we didn’t have a row of trees stopping it. (that would be 5000 sq ft as I have it, and potentially 25,000 sq ft of coverage if pole mounted in the open).The light is 100% flicker and strobe free at full brightness(tested with a super slow motion mode with my camera).I’m not using the dimming on it, however I have played around with them in the past, and it is pretty easy to use a variable resistor between the pink/purple wires to do it for a single lightIt is designed to be hardwired, however as a temporary measure I have wired an old extension cord to it. An advantage of this is I can confirm the wattage, and it is in fact 300W.I taped the photo cell with two rounds of electrical tape, but it still wouldn’t come on at dusk. I wrapped everything a bunch more and now it turns on when I plug it in (there is a 20 second delay, where it decides that it’s dark.There is a way to bypass this by taking the unit apart and connecting a few wires, however it should also work with aÂ

This thing is just insanely bright, and was FAR too much for my small residential yard. But that's a great problem to have, considering so many other lights I've used in the past are way too weak!The build quality of this thing is top notch. The aluminium casting is free of defects, the surface finish is consistent and attractive, and the LEDs are high quality. It is also cast with a lot of surface area to dissipate the heat generated by the LEDs (and they're high-wattage for LEDs, so there's going to be some heat) to prolong the life of the unit.Also noteworthy is the fact that this has been safety certified for Canada! So you know the manufacturer has excellent attention to detail that *many* other companies lack.If you have a big area that is currently dark, and you would like that currently-dark big area to look like it's noon on a summer day, I cannot say enough positive things about this device!
