Update: Great customer service! They company is sending me a new basketball hoop. They reached out right away.The basketball hoop is great however the the LED lights stopped working literally the next day. Very disappointing.

The first part of assembly was very hard, the pieces didn't fit together right, plastic was a little warped. I ended up needed a rubber mallet to get it in place properly. After that, rest of assembly was easy and quick. Used it for a few days and it was awesome - like a boardwalk arcade game in the back yard. The next night, the lights were on red and didn't turn off. I tried all the buttons on the remote and nothing would shut it off. I didn't have the patience that night to unscrew the battery compartment with a screwdriver and reset. I'll try that again tonight and see if it works.

Awesome basketball set. Even the basketballs light up. Lots of fun in the pool after dark. Well worth the price. All ages will have fun with this.

Pros: it is fairly easy to assemble, seems like a pretty solid basketball hoop.Cons: even with following step-by-step directions with the app, batteries, and remote control, the lights do not work for anything. When inserting the batteries they start to heat up immediately and get to a dangerously high temperature. Removed and put the back, back on because I didnรขโฌโขt feel comfortable, leaving the batteries in for fear of it starting a fire or melting the backboard. Message the seller and advised of all of this and I am hoping for a partial refund. I donรขโฌโขt wanna bother with disassembly and sending it back so I will keep it but donรขโฌโขt feel itรขโฌโขs right to pay full price for something that doesnรขโฌโขt work properly/as promised and advertised.

Sturdy basketball toy for the pool-side! When I first put it together, the lights on the rim were just a solid color (did not follow the patterns of the backboard), and the rim lights would not turn off unless I removed the batteries. A few days later, I put the batteries back in, now the rim lights don't turn on at all.Hopefully the backboard lights continue working. The feature where the lights sync up with music or sounds is pretty neat!

I give this product 5 stars. Very easy to assemble. The led technogy on this unit is absolutely superb. I love this backboard. When not playing on it with the balls, it provides a fantastic light show. I've lost count on the number of dazzling preset light displays. Haven't even used the dance to music feature yet as it requires the app installation.Another item I love is the basket balls. It was a complete surprise and delight to see them light up on impact. I didn't see that feature mentioned at all with the guidance. I've searched everywhere to find additional balls just like the one that come with your unit and there is no comparison. Please let me know if there is any additional information you require in order to complete your offer. Thank you.
