The straps are easy to adjust. The material is very elastic so that the wearer can adjust them to be very snug or loose. It is comfortable on me at 5'8" and 147 pounds. It is very visible at night both from the light and from the reflective material. It charges quickly with USB connections and charging cord is included to charge both the front and rear lights simultaneously.

Great for running when it's dark. The reflective vest is highly visible, and the variety of colors and patterns in the lights are fun. I bought this for an 11-year-old, and it fits perfectly.

I have been able to wear this several times on 2 hour long walks and the light remains bright without being charged. This has great battery life. It’s lightweight, bright, and easy to put on. I would definitely recommend this item. It has exceeded my expectations for such a modest price 😊.
