I just spent wayy to much money on the Yeti seen in the picture beside it but glad I can across this bucket/lid. I was out fishing the other day and forgot my lid... Bait shop wanted $20 bucks for a basic lid with a flap. I though Lt that was crazy so looked online and seems about the going price.I searched Amazon for a bit and found this one for cheaper, then realized that I am paying a bit for the shipping and handling.. but it comes with a matching and strong 5 gallon with rope handle, so figured why not.This is a must have for fishing, just remember to cycle the water on those hot days to keep the shrimp clicking.

Cons: The lid is wider than the bucket no matter what position you put the lid on. The rope does not have a flush spot to rest against on the bucket to absorb the weight when you carry it. The rope lays on the lid that's overlapping the bucket. Which I am guessing is now taking some of the weight and being squeezed in from the sides and maybe under the right heat or cold temperatures it might squeeze/pop the lid off while carrying.No styrofoam cooler insert.Pros: 2x Rod HoldersMagnet stripSpool holdersNet holderTool holderNice Comfortable Rope HandleSturdy

This has got to be the most useful and handy fishing bucket I have ever came across. If you do any type of pier fishing, surf fishing or bank fishing and need live bait this is your bucket. I think the only thing that would make it perfect "IMO" would it to be insulated, but a foam minnow bucket and ice on a hot day should solve that. I will most certainly buy more in the future and throw on 5 gallon bucket tool bag loaded with fishing gear for a grab and go setup.

I like this bucket a lot and use it 2-3 times a week for a camping shower. It's a long story that I won't bore you with. In short I'm using it in my bathroom along with a battery powered camping shower head as a secondary shower so that I can use distilled water to shampoo my bleached platinum hair.I like the way the lid opens with a hinge so that I can leave it partially covered to keep out our very hard water when showering. I don't like the huge handle that pokes out the side but if I were using it for fishing I would absolutely love that.The main issue I have is that the rope handle doesn't have a good place to rest against the lid when I pick up the bucket. The lid of the bucket has all kinds of doo dads poking out so the rope never lands in a good place. This makes the lid pop off unless I snap it down all the way real hard. I can't casually pick it up and when it is full with 5 gallons of water that extra difficult makes it a bit of a pain in the butt to manage.Apart from that it is great and I'm being real honest, I'm not using this bucket for the purpose it was intended for so keep that in mind when you read this.If you want this bucket for fishing you are going to be THRILLED WITH IT.RECOMMENDED.

Nice looking bucket for boat. Built well. Rope handle wont rust and plastic handles seem sturdy. Top seems like a good idea, although I probably don't need all the features, as I wont use it as a live well. I could do without the line holder. it sticks out unneccesariy and there's so many other things that can be used to hold line.i cut it off

This bucket has a solid construction, not too big perfect bait. With some extras the lid has a rod holder etc.

This is the reason why it broke. A small portion of the lid blew off while I was trying to set the lid on the bucket. What a bummer. I’ll see how long I can use it for till it fully breaks apart but I knew it was a bad design (lid lip smaller than the bucket) when I received it. Used it less than a dozen times.3/11/25: still loving the bucket. Found a lid that actually fits without a fight. 11-3/4†diameter buckets fit the green lid. Fits both buckets pictured. As a bonus, it also fits their 3.5 gallon bucket too. Works awesome now. Make sure to drill 1-1/8" hole on top to fit a bubbler through. Makes removal of bubbler much easier.* If it does not fit, it’s prob a bucket with a 11-7/8†diameter.FYI: I guess i'm lucky b/c I got their bucket with the massive plastic handles and rope(in pics I uploaded). Now, it's just a regular bucket that they are selling.

Great bucket and lid, but they missed on assembly as well as resolution of issues. Bucket Top has a magnet strip glued on. When I opened the box the magnet had fallen off in shipping and was stuck to the invoice and flyers they had dropped in the bottom of the box. Called Lee Fisher and they said to glue it back on. $15.99 Shipping and Handling did not work well. And to resolve issues with Lee Fisher Customer Service? Nice, but not what I was expecting. Have to return for another. I will review that one when it comes. Not a hassle free transaction.
