I have two pairs of the Crossroads (in army and anthracite which is bluish-grey) and two of the Lee Extreme Motion Swope shorts (shadow and black). The overall fit of the Swope shorts is the same but it's a heavier material so good for fall and spring. The cargo pockets also have a button instead of velcro that's on the Crossroads. These are the only shorts I'll ever wear now.What I love about the shorts is how lightweight and breathable they are. The fit is snug on the waist but because of the built-in nylon and spandex, it provides great flexibility. They don't feel too tight nor loose and you can wear them without a belt - or a lightweight one. When you're sitting down, the waist and crotch are relaxed so your boys will be free of any pressure. Length hits right just at the knees.I often wear them for bicycle riding, mountain biking, and skateboarding. The material makes them great for sports in general. I'm a professional dog walker so the cargo pockets are handy for storing poop bags. Underneath the right pocket is a hole that's perfect for your phone. I have a Google Pixel 4a and slights right in.Pricing is awesome as well at $30 a pair. Most shorts like this cost $50-$60. They are super affordable so be sure to stock up and buy three or four pairs to last you the next couple of years.Note: if you order the army color, it's not olive green but more like sage green.

Pros: These are comfortable and lightweight. They are a Good value for the money. While the Fabric is stretchy the quality of the fabric seems sturdy. The color is a nice blend of khaki, light brown and a gray sandy color. They are nice Camouflage without screaming CAMOUFLAGE.Cons: The fit is good on the waist, but these shorts are a bit long for me. I’m 5’3 and they hit OVER an 1†below my knee (if only they came in an 7†inseam). I don’t like the velcro closures especially on the back pockets.

They have a phone pocket. They are well constructed with reinforcement at the waist. They have s slight stretchyness that make them more comfortable.

Size was right, comfortable. I got several pair in the Spring, wear pretty much every day through October. The fabric is comfortable, washes well, look good after many use/wash cycles. Zipper is sturdy, they'll still be good next summer.
