The one reason I ordered the highlighter tape from this particular seller,out of the dozens of sellers offering it on Amazon, was the supposed added bonus of the dispenser. Turns out the dispenser is not the decent plastic one pictured, but the flimsy cardboard box the tape comes in. I don't like being mislead. Maybe if the dispenser wasn't noted in the seller's description I could let it go. If you are going to promote such a thing, at least deliver on it
