I love the ruffle on the top, it’s so cute and it looks exactly like the picture. I didn’t find any problems of it not staying up, and it had a nice stretch and fit. It was a little long for the dress I was wearing so I had to scrunch it down, but overall it’s so cute !

They fit perfectly and are super soft and cute w the satin bows, and most importantly, they STAY thigh high, they never slip and roll down to your knee like other thigh highs of a similar cheap price will, even without using a garter belt to help keep them up. (that said, I recommend the "HJZLSSYS" brand garter belt, the one with the satin bow on it, they match PERFECTLY with these and are cheap as well)They're definitely my favorites I've ordered, and I've ordered many of the top ones on Amazon, and they've only shown slight signs of wear after a solid year and a half of wearing them super frequently, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
