This costume is great, it made me feel so pretty! The overcoat fit perfectly and I love that it cinched my waist in when I tied it up. You could wear the white under dress alone, but it is see through. Overall, great quality for the money. I got an XL, I’m 5’9/5’10 approximately 250lbs. I typically wear a L top and XXL bottoms (pear shaped). The costume contest was very small, but you know it’s a good costume when other people vote for it too!

I ordered this dress as a cosplay item for medieval/renaissance Hatsune Miku (don't ask 😂), and I was worried that it was going to be all kinds of wrong and/or uncomfortable, like some other reviews mentioned, but everything is great!I ordered a large enough size so I wouldn't feel constricted, as I'll be wearing this to a huge anime con at the end of July and traveling on the metro system, so I wanted to be comfy. The white under dress is plenty large enough for comfort while also not looking frumpy. It is pretty long on me, but I'm 5'2", so literally everything is too long on me. The sleeves have a nice, roomy bell opening, which are also a bit long, but nothing too extreme for what it is in terms of style.The over dress is super adjustable, having corset-style ties in the front and back, and ties on the shoulders, making it perfect for any bust size and/or comfort level.Just based on the little try-on I did for about 20 minutes, everything felt great. A little warm, but a bit expected with it being polyester. Nothing too horrible though, but I could see how it be uncomfortable for an outdoor Renn Faire.Another thing to note that other have brought up is how sheer the under dress is. Being a white dress, yes, you can see through it a bit. Just wear nude or red undergarments, or throw some bike shorts on underneath, and you'll be fine. It's literally not a big deal.

I'm 5'10", have long legs, and usually wear an XL/XXL/20 in women's clothes. I ordered this in the 2XL.My first impression was good. The underdress is nice, it runs a little big, the fabric is decent quality and lays nicely, however it is EXTREMELY see-through. I love the sleeves on it though, and was pleasantly surprised to find that the dress was plenty long enough for me. If I weren't tall it would need to be hemmed.The colored overdress part however I wasn't as pleased with. It runs a little smaller than the white part and just didn't look as nice as I expected. Very "costume-y" if that makes sense.For my Halloween costume this year I'm replacing the overdress with a cotton skirt and separate corset piece, and I think it will look nice with the white underneath :) This is a good dress though for a last minute costume or outfit for a ren faire or something similar. :)

I’m 5’3 110 lbs if even, it was kinda long but i believe i ordered a small instead of xs not every sure but I just wore my combat boots so it wasn’t too bad. The quality was a lot better than what i was expecting & very comfortable. It was a bit cold outside but it wasn’t too bad with the dress on just felt like wearing normal clothes. The color was very vibrant and beautiful! i definitely suggest this it was easy to put on & now i have multiple uses for it!

I wore this dress to a renaissance festival with my friend. It came smelling kind of weird, but it holds up in the wash, I’ve washed it twice. It also steams well. It was a bit long on me, I’m 5’2, so I wore platform sneakers. It’s a very good fit, very adjustable and stretchy! You can also wear it lower under the breasts as in the listing photo or tie it higher like I did in mine.

This fits me perfectly. I am 5'4" 125 lbs and I normally wear a medium, so I ordered the medium. The fabric is better than I expected. It's light but not sheer. I am a seamstress, so I inspected the construction and I have no complaints. I need it to wear to my husband's high school reunion. This year's theme is an international outfit, so I selected Irish traditional dress. Not sure if this is really the Irish traditional dress, but all my search showed this style, so I went ahead and purchased it. I was going to make one for myself but this was inexpensive compared to buying the fabrics and sewing it myself. It saves me time and money.

I bought this for the local Renaissance Fair. This dress is so flattering on me, as it can be adjusted to fir beautifully. It is quite sheer, and will require either shorts or leggings underneath. The dress itself is a little long for the size, I'm 5'5" and ordered a small. The outer dress fits great and looks terrific. Overall, definitely worth the money and I can't wait to wear it this summer!

If you need a 1 of dress from a medieval festival, its great, but for the price, the quality left much to be desired. Pictures differed slightly from the result and the fabric of the product felt pretty cheap. $40 costume pretending to be more like i was a 9-5 office worker pretending to be a medieval pesant in a dress that really didnt suit me
