Use as part of the Simple Spa Care Program. It is important to maintain the water's pH between 7.2-7.8. Low pH below 7.2) can cause corrosion and excessive sanitizer usage Compatible with chlorine, bromine and iguanid sanitizers. Applications: As Needed: 1) Make sure all equipment is OFF. 2) Add 1/4-ounce (1-1/2 tsp.) to the spa water. 3) Turn on circulation system for 30 minutes. 4) Retest water. If pH is still below 7.2 repeat steps 1-3. Tips: For best results, dissolve granular products first by adding to a small, plastic pail filled with water. Then, apply the solution to the spa water.

Everyone with a hot tub should have a routine to maintain PH and sanitizer levels. Sometimes the PH needs to come down and sometimes it needs to be increased. This product fills the bill for me on those days when the PH is too low. Great price when bought in a 4-pack!

Read about containers arriving with contents spilled. My shipment arrived with the caps taped on and wrapped in soft shipping tape. This product works if you follow the indtructions. I add one cap full every 8 hours until I get the correct ph. Usually 1 is all I ever need. Keep your spa water monitored and it is easy.

I was running a salt setup. I’m on a well. I must use two hose filters filling up the tub. Could not control the ph. Low alkaline high ph. I took water to five pool supply stores.One store told me to stop the salt and use this. Wow. I only have to maintain sanitation. Ph stays put. Great stuff for my tub.

4 pack product was delivered with one bottle opened and the content spilled all over the box. I was able to recover 1/2 the bottle but it made a big mess.

Just a cap full to lower PH in my Hottube about twice a month... .. for some reason, my hot tub always drifts to basic PH over time. I'm in Northern California with very nice water... so this and chlorine (shock)/Frog System is really all I need to keep HotTube crystal clean.
