Love it. It's not just a cage tha5s sitting around. I'm able to use it to set plants on and it goes with the furniture in my house.

Great looking and works really well. But the Matt that came with it was just material no padding. The product was so nice but bedding sucks.

This is a beautiful dog crate absolutely love it the reason for 3 stars missing 2 parts to bolt down bars on roof and I've been to the store to try and find parts and can't. So the top is just sitting there not attached. Waiting for a response from seller to get missing parts. I'll give it 5 stars when I get missing parts.

I am writing this because I recieved really good customer service. The dog kennel was too small and I sought to return it . The company offered to give me money to keep but my house is small and I need a kennel that will fit my German sheppherd . Guess what?! They refunded me all of my money and gave me the kennel! This makes life easier because I had put it in my car and had to borrow a dolly because it is so heavy . I will figure out somewhere to take it to. I’m sure a smaller dog will appreciate it. Thankyou so much for good customer service it is rare nowadays.
