Ok, I tested these on our trip to Cancun but I also use them for my sinuses. They have an extremely tight grip that hurts after just a few minutes. You can stretch to adjust fit. However, If you have oily skin any adjustment will make them slide right off. My issue is that it's difficult to get a perfect fit bc if you make them too loose they won't stay on and it's impossible to make it tighter once you loosen it. They do seal your nose SHUT though, lol. Enough comes in a pack to lose or break a couple until you finally get one to perfectly fit your nose so I can dig it.

My daughter hates putting her face in the pool. I bought these to give her more freedom in learning how to swim so she doesn’t have to hold her nose. They fit great and she was so excited about the different colors because they will match every swimsuit!

I am sure they work but they are hard on the nose and when put on even firmer they tend to come off. They did not work as we had hoped. Maybe it was our method of putting them on. We tried several ways before we gave up on them.

My daughter used these for swim team…they worked but kept coming off. I’m not sure if it was user error or how they are made. But it helped her to learn how to properly breathe while swimming

My son absolutely loves these nose plugs prior to purchasing. He would have to hold his nose and swim underwater at the same time now he is able to swim Freely without having to worry about water getting up his nose.
