I was really surprised. The quality is to notch! It’s just like the professionals use. It’s a lot easier to clean than a regular grater.

I recommend this grater Is one of the better ones I have found and they give a glove with it which really works great

Nice glove to protect your hand is included. The grater works well. Very happy with it. Very smooth and easy to clean.Edit: After several uses, I find it VERY easy to clean. Nothing is getting stuck and I'm not risking myself to get food particles out. It works like a dream.
