I thought I reviewed this before but this one is very sharp so it works very well and I like the rubber on the end so it doesn’t slide around. Easy to clean and well made. I use it everyday for ginger in my oatmeal. 5 stars!! Thank you!

I love these grater, and it’s now my #1 go-to.Handle: has the rubber all the way around, making it easy to hang on to while you grate some of the harder cheeses.Performance: very sharp, grates very easilyQuality: as listed above, in addition to its overall craftsmanship, make it a very nice item.Cover: definitely use the cover when storing it, as it’s sharp, and you don’t want to catch a fingertip when rummaging through a drawer.Easy of cleaning: so easy

Product as described. As this was fulfilled by Amazon they are solely responsible for the time it took to ship this zester as well as the other items I ordered. They didn't even start the shipping process for just under a week after the order was placed.

I was reluctant to buy due to the images on reviews of the product coming damaged upon arrival but decided to buy anyway. mine arrived in perfect condition. Zester is quite sturdy, & easy to use. I washed and used it today (same day I got it) I like the result/look of the zested lemon. Overall I’m pleased.

You don't know you need a microplane until you have one. I have zested so many items -- from ginger and garlic to lemons and limes. I especially love this thing for grating cheese. You can freeze the cheese and then grate it whenever you need it. I would only say be careful of your fingers. It is super sharp and I shave a little bit of my thumb every now and then, but at least you know it's good quality!

I am really pleased with how shar and sturdy this zester is. It comes with a plastic clip on cover, which is nice for preventing cuts when grabbing it from a drawer. Definitely would recommend.

Dang, this thing is sharp. Really watch the fingers people. I use this zester to finely grate parm on my food. Being that things are so expensive, I find that this grater allows more coverage using less product thus saving me money but not costing me in flavour.
