Hooked up a new fridge. Other kit I had was missing one of those metal inserts, tried assembling anyway. Got a slow leak. Turned off water - wife not happy to not have ice. These came quickly and installed in literally 5 minutes after pulling out the fridge. Wondering is it really this simple? Yes. Happy life!

This kit was great for adding in my Deionization chamber to my RO system. Works great and all the connections were good quality with clips.

The retainer clips are cheap c-clips, not the nicer design that comes with some other kits. Otherwise everything is pretty much what you expect. No leaks, reasonably affordable, and a handful of basic fittings. Who cares if they’re a John Guest knock-off? Works fine.

This has been a great purchase. I originally got it to put an extra line in for my RO water. Not only did I have enough parts for that, but I also have installed a RO flush (bypassing the waste water flow restrictor and permeate pump) to flush out precipitated minerals and increase the longevity of the membrane. As an added bonus the RO flush can bleed the air when I replace the filters and eliminate some of that cloudy water. Plus I still have pieces left for the next thing I may want to add.
