I wasn't sure this would support my weight, I'm over 200#. My knees are giving out and it was becoming almost impossible to weed my garden and flower beds. I got it, opened it up, it doesn't require any assembly, and started using it first day. It works to keep your knees clean and cushioned if used in the upside down position and it works as a comfortable seat for bigger bottoms in the upright position. It's pretty easy for me to reach the ground while kneeling on it. It is strong enough to support my weight without any weakness detected when I lift my body using mainly my arms. I don't try to fold it, it lives in the garage ready to grab and use, so I couldn't tell you if it's easy for compact storage. I have had it for a few months now and I would buy it/recommend it for any of my friends or family that needed it.

So will your back. Kneeling or sitting while gardening, this makes it SO much easier. Even bought one for my daughter. Lightweight and handy, you're gonna like it.

I purchased two of these, one to replace the one that I have used for over twenty years and the pads were getting hard as well as some rust was appearing. The second one I purchased for inside our home, as my wife and I are mid 70s and it is hard to get up after going down to do things. It works very well for us seniors when we need to do things down low, both convenient for sitting and kneeling. It gives us the assurance to get down to do things as we know we will be able to get back up!

The perfect kneeler/seat for those of us who have difficulty getting up and down easily. It comes assembled and the only thing you have to do is grasp the side with one hand and draw in on the bar (not an uncomfortable latch), and lift the leg(s) on that side until the "click" sounds. Do the same with the other side and there you have it. Place it with the long side down if you with to sit and work in a container garden, or turn it upside down, and kneel on the pad and use the "legs" to push yourself back up.I use it in the house for anything I have to do while kneeling, like washing the floor and lower toilet area, or baseboards, etc. or to wash any spot off carpet/floor, so many uses. It is very sturdy, well made and comes with a little pocket if you so with to conveniently carry your garden tools etc around with you. I highly recommend this product.

Gave this to my wife for her time in the garden. Very useful for her- easy on her knees.

Got this kneeler for my grandmother who still loves to garden but really isn't as stable as she used to be. It's lightweight enough for her to maneuver, sturdy enough to take the weight of her, her tools, and the whole shebang of potted flowers for transplanting and keeps her tools in a single space so she's not having to reach or crawl after the wily pruning shears. The legs turning into handles is brilliant for helping her get back to her feet, and I've never seen anyone flip a kneeler to bench as smoothly so she can sit and work on "problem pretties" before flipping it back over to place the decor properly. It folds up like a dream and hangs on the garage wall, up and out of the way when not in use. Or under grandda's workbench. Where ever it winds up.Definitely, definitely recommend, and I'm going to get another for my mom, who's been eyeing it when she thinks no one's noticing.

As an older person this works great for getting up and down plus giving you a good seat to work on something about waist level without bending over and breaking your back.

I used this for picking and weeding my garden! The bag would work better if it was for collecting veggies instead of tools. For me I need the collection device more, but works great. Now I can work the garden and get up off the ground!
