Bought originally for my Lenovo Thinkpad which has since died, and now I use it for my HP laptop. I like it a lot. Works with my giant ultra wide dual monitor setup and has plenty of ports for all my bits and bobs.

In general I have preferred desktops to laptops. For my recent office PC refresh, though, I opted for a laptop since it had the best performance from the options available to me. However, I didn't relish the prospect of plugging in, and removing, cables whenever I wanted to take the laptop home.Enter this dock - it is smaller than a paperback novel - about the size of two packs of playing cards - and is almost a magical device. I can plug in two monitors, an Ethernet cable, a dongle for a wireless keyboard and mouse, an external drive, and a printer, with a port left over.And the brilliant part is that there is only a single connection to my laptop. The data for all these devices, and the power for the laptop, is fed through just one USB cable! What's not to love about that setup? And I can even keep the laptop closed if I want to just work with the two external monitors...

I was very disappointed that multiple times during the first year I had this the HDMI kept not recognizing the laptop monitor. I had to turn the system on and off a few times, unplug and plug the monitor back in multiple times, and then suddenly it would work. Until it didn't again. I didn't want to have to return it as it would work once I performed all of that several times but that was my mistake. Now, a year and a half later, no matter what I do it won't recognize the HDMI cable. The port must be broken. It isn't the cable because I bought a new docking station and the HDMI cable worked perfectly. I reached out to their online support and the wouldn't help me because it was past one year. Extremely disappointed in the quality of this item. Won't be buying this brand again.

Works perfectly for my home office setup. I have a company-provided Lenovo ThinkPad and this makes docking at home simple. It has multiple monitor setups, although only one HDMMI port - need converters for the other video ports. It only has one USB-C input port, but I used a couple of USB-A to USB-C converters for a few peripherals. The USB-C cable it comes with for the PC is just long enough and soft/flexible so it's easy to plug in. It's pricey, but I wanted a Lenovo-branded device and some of the generic ones are more port extenders and I'm not a fan of the ones that have ports on all sides.

Great for my Lenovo Think Pad. It has a power button soft bottom to keep it from sliding. I wish all the ports were on the back to keep my desk cleaner.

I bought another one of these. We have two now between two home offices in our house.If you have two monitors, make sure they're not both HDMI-only monitors. You'll either need two Display Port connections (there are two on the dock) or one HDMI and one Display Port. There are NOT two HDMI on this dock.This particular one shipped with a Lenovo charger, a proprietary power cord for the dock, and a USB-C cable to go from the dock to your computer. That single cord is capable of video, data, and power. It is not long, maybe 2ft. In my experience, it's hard to find longer ones of these from the dock to the computer because of some sort of display port over USB-C issue past 2-3ft. I could be totally wrong, but I've run into this on Dell and now this Lenovo dock. The cable that ships with it works great though.Would order again. Can't think of anything we need that this dock doesn't have on it.
