One cutting wheel on my old cheaper nippers broke and needed to be replaced. You can’t go wrong with these Leponitt nippers. Worth every penny & work great!

Like it : however the nuts were over tightened and nearly impossible to loosen to turn the carbide ‘wheels’ to maintain its sharpness. Husband couldn’t loosen it! I finally put it in a vice and a firm hard tap on the hex wrench to budge it. Will have to replace the nut eventually as it is close to being stripped. Happy now

This brand was recommended by my mosaic’s teacher and they have worked perfectly. Hint: with a sharpie, draw a line on each blade where they meet so when you rotate the blade to a fresh spot you can tell where it had dulled.

Yes I also thought it was kinda pricey for glass cutting tool for one's hobby, but I changed my mind after first use. This cuts glass like butter. This is a game changer
