These are very bright and colorful and feel pleasant to run between your hands. Whether they help, depends on the person. They appear small enough to be a choking hazard so need precautions around younger siblings.

If you have or work with kids who struggle with adhd or have sensory struggles then these are perfect. The texture on these is perfect for children to calm their anxiety and focus by rubbing, squeezing, or just fidgeting with these toys. Unlike other fidgets, these do not make loud or obnoxious noises. Very durable and with nice bright colors.

I ordered these as stocking stuffers for my children, ages 11 through 27. They all liked them. The colors and designs are random. In the picture you can see that the picture on the box does not match the actual items exactly. That is no big deal, just something to know.
