I have 2 cats that love this scratching post! One likes the rope top and the other loves the rug bottom. It keeps them from scratching furniture. It is a quality build, very solid. The height is perfect the cats can stretch without reaching the top. The balls they play with occasionally. Great value and great product!

My cats were skeptical at first, but I’m glad to share they are using it often. It is tall enough that they can sink their claws into the jute and get a good stretch. My cats are four and thirteen so they don’t much go for the dangly toys. I can see this also being great for kittens.I’m giving it a four star review because the carpet material is a Berber type material that is so hard and rough it feels almost like plastic. That was part of my skepticism at first. It doesn’t feel like carpet. However, the real judges are the cats and they are using the post instead of my furniture and carpet, which was exactly the goal. I would highly recommend the product, just be aware that the fabric portion is stiff and rough.It assembles quickly, is sturdy and not flimsy and goes with my decor.I am currently typing this with one of my cats in my arms and don’t want to disturb the cuteness so will have to post a picture later.

The height is perfect—my cats like to stretch to the top at times. I put it at the corner of my couch that they had been scratching. They haven’t scratched on the corner since they got the post. It is very sturdy. It was an excellent purchase!

I was a bit dubious when I saw the small size of the box. But impressed when I had everything assembled in less than 5 minutes and felt the sturdiness of the unit. My cat was immediately curious and came over and started scratching the base. I really like the carpet used….industrial and looks like it won’t succumb easily to repeated scratching. My furry baby is also sturdy, but when she stretched her full length with her paws on top of the cat tree, the base stayed firmly on the floor. Excellent value….my cat gives it ðŸŸðŸŸðŸŸðŸŸðŸŸ

I mean for $24 I never thought I'd be able to get my cat something so well built. The carpets really good quality it's all nice and strong. I never thought I'd get something this tall for that price. I just got it today so we'll see how the next few months ago. But I'm hopeful it looks amazing. I hope Trekkie likes it. Oh I got the dark gray by the way and he's a black cat so we'll see how it goes.

I have included several photos of the scratching post I purchased from this seller and it was delivered on October 22, 2024, so about two and a half months ago. As you can see my two year old cat lives it. He loves to scratch and climb on it. His little sister loves scratching it as well though not nearly as much. I have also included a single photo of the scratching post I got for my older cat when he was 10 weeks old, so it is nearly two years old and other that being well loved it has no parts coming off it. However, the newer scratching post is of inferior quality and/or is defective in it manufacturing as it is already coming apart after only two and a half months to say that I am disappointed is putting it mildly. This is completely unacceptable for an item of its cost. I cannot recommend that anyone purchase this product. You would be better of spending your money elsewhere in my humble opinion. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FEOM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CANNOT RELY THAT IT WILL BE OF GOOD QUALITY AND WITHOUT DEFECTS. THEY SAY YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR BUT NOT IN THIS CASE!
