It’s a great quality file cabinet. The locks work perfectly and the drawers roll perfectly in either direction. I am very impressed and satisfied with the cabinet.

It went together easy enough, some of the screws were hard to put in by hand. It's not as sturdy as I would have liked, but holds files and all drawers lock. Looks nice.

I was in need of a 4 drawer filing cabinet recently. I came across this one in my searches and the reviews seemed good. It showed up in a medium sized box which for some reason surprised me. The instructions were straightforward and the parts and hardware were clearly labeled. I put the cabinet together in less than an hour. I liked that it comes with a security lock. For the price, the quality is good, the materials are pretty sturdy, it fit perfectly in a closet, and was easy to move. I like it better than the heavier weight units you'd buy from a box store. I definitely recommend purchasing this filing cabinet if you need one.

BUYER BEWARE. I was so looking forward to my new filing cabinet. I did my due diligence with looking thru at all reviews and I finally decided on this one. I carefully followed all the directions with putting this together with my partner. It was great for about a month. Then it started with not being able to open one of the drawers, then two etc. They are fickle. I get them to close then I needed to lock the unit and when I went back to unlock the unit weeks later the drawers all would not open. With lots of jiggling and prodding I eventually managed to get 1 drawer to open then the other 2 thereafter. It constantly gets stuck, and I have to struggle getting it to open. I locked it again and again I couldn't get the drawers open after unlocking. the drawers are now unleveled and will no longer close as you can see with the picture I provided. I can no longer close the drawers or lock the unit. What a waste of money! The material is so cheap and flimsily made. And the files are not holding up inside the unit either and I purchased the proper kind. As the months pass on it gets worse. This truly is a piece of junk, does not hold up whatsoever and I'm just going to trash it. This unit won't last 3 months at home or in an office setting. Piece of junk. This is one reason why I hate buying items from online retailers the quality is terrible (sometimes). Bring this stuff back to in person retail stores where one can actually feel and test the product before purchasing. I am truly an unhappy customer. I will never buy this product again. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT ITS A PIECE OF JUNK; SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY! This product DOES NOT deserve even a 1 star rating.

The product itself is confusing to put together a metal file cabinet. I didn't know this was possible with metal. I requested a full refund and didn't get one, but the seller did provide me with 80% so 3 stars for that. Zero stars for the product. I gave it to a shelter maybe those good folks can put it together and use it for their offices. I'm an old lady and never knew metal file cabinets would have to be put together.

Good filing cabinet. It was a little heavier duty than I thought it would be which I was thankful for. It took me about 30 minutes to put it together. A battery drill or power screwdriver will be helpful to anyone buying this. Put together, it looks very nice.

I did not see that this had to be put together until received. When previous cabinets were ordered they came pre installed. The cabinet is not as heavy duty as I would have liked. Was hard to put together and drawers are hard to close. I wished I had ordered a "hon" brand. Not a favorite piece. I do not recommend this brand to anyone.

We needed this to fit within a cabinet so it stayed hidden. It was the only one we could find that fit our dimensions and it’s perfect and not too cheap. Fits exactly what we needed it for!

Happy with cabinet. At first I thought the drawers with sticking but it has a locking, safety system that only allows you to open one drawer at a time.
