This thing is a piece of junk. It looks cute, but is not durable at all. It broke on the first day of use so I ordered a replacement, and that one broke on the first day as well. Unfortunately, I could not return it and get the refund so I was charged for both (I started a return and was required to ship it back to them, but one of my daughters threw it away, thinking it was trash since broken).I would not consider myself rough on things or unusually heavy-handed at all. It’s just not made to be durable on an item that you’re constantly picking up and putting down I suppose.
